Ordered chicken fingers, mashed potatoes and gravy, drinks, and coleslaw; all to be picked up by the Uber driver. The only thing we got was coleslaw (labeled as 1 of 2) and the drinks labeled as 2 of 2. There was no chicken nor mash potatoes and gravy. First we blamed the Uber driver and then we realized he grabbed 2 of 2 packages: (the Cole slaw and dipping sauce for chicken we never got as 1, in a sealed bag and the drinks as 2)... Totally KFC'S FAULT. As we had Uber ordered the food, we already paid for everything; the food, the Uber driver, and the tip. We tried to call KFC to rectify the situation (for 2 hours) but they never answered! Insanity

Fire the entire night shift immediately, my online order took 45min to make. I waited at the front for someone to even ask what my order was. They forgot parts of my order, the fry oil is old, bitter and tastes like poison. If my wife wasn’t pregnant and sick from the smells I would have double checked my order before leaving. If you dont care about your job then you dont deserve one.

I don’t understand how it’s 930 you close at 11 and apparently there’s never enough chicken

The lady in there tonight did not even want to take our order for a 16 piece family meal. I asked her how much chicken she actually had so I could buy it. She said I’m not sure I don’t even know honestly.

It’s not even a problem of waiting, but the lady didn’t even wanna take the order. I will not be back to this KFC and I do not recommend it. I don’t understand why you guys are open till 11 and we can’t even get food. What is the purpose?

I asked for 4 piece dark and got a mixed. They had to cook the chicken in old grease. Dark and dried out. The fries were fair. Staff was nice. Floors were sticky. A sad looking place. The Colonel would not be happy.

Whoever owns this place, your employees are robbing you. It’s Feb. 12, 2026 9:24pm. There’s two ladies in here pretending like the store is closed. They’re still clocked in. Fire them and hire people who actually work.
