Kim was absolutely wonderful to work with! I was looking for a well experienced, Chicagoland realtor who knew selling AND buying - as this was my 1st time doing both. Kim knows what she's talking about, advises with care and wisdom, and is also ok answering novice questions! (Which was really important to me because I don't like to pretend I know something. I tend to ask a lot of questions...especially when it comes to such important life changes like buying and selling a home!) I'd recommend Kim to anyone I know - truly!
