I was very disappointed by what I witnessed during my visit to this Burger King. While waiting in the lobby for my food, I noticed an employee preparing a burger for a drive-thru customer without wearing gloves. I watched him handle the lettuce and place it directly onto the burger with his bare hands. Another employee was working the drive-thru windows and handling the fryer, also without gloves.
What concerned me even more was that gloves were available near the handwashing station. After I continued watching, I noticed one of the employees finally put on gloves to prepare a burger. This left me wondering how many orders had already been prepared and handled without them.
As a customer, I expect basic food safety and proper hygiene to be taken seriously, especially at a restaurant where food is being prepared for the public. I understand that employees have a lot to manage, but cleanliness and safe food-handling practices should never be overlooked.
This experience honestly made me question the food safety practices at this location. I hope management takes this concern seriously, looks into what is happening in the kitchen, and makes sure proper food-handling procedures are being followed. Customers deserve to feel confident that the food they are paying for is being prepared safely.

We have not had Burger King in quite a while. This was a pleasant return. At this location, the self checkout was disabled which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, the food was a better quality than I remember. Great experience.

Terrible service. I just walked out after waiting over 10 minutes. The drive through was busy so I'm expecting to wait which is ok. I was told is be helped next which I acknowledged. Someone else comes in with a pick up order and is promptly given their food, ok fair enough. What caused me to walk out is a girl looked like she just got back from her break, sees me waiting, doesn't ask if I've been helped and started to take another customers order who was behind me. I've had other issues at this location like missing sandwiches from the drive through which is why I make it a point to get my food and check my order inside. I can chalk that up to a mistake but I will never be coming back to this location.

If this location is busy, expect terrible service and always check your order or just go elsewhere. To be fair this location is ok when they're dead empty.

While my husband and I were ordering, there were multiple flies flying around and my husband was able to kill two of them. Staff was friendly. Cashier Chase was very unhappy that I thanked him by name as we were leaving. As I was leaving I overheard him say that he didn't like it how people know his name. So I guess he doesn't appreciate praise. I'm sure he wouldn't like when people know his name if he messes up to be held accountable either.

The tea was nasty. As I was about to pour it out, to my surprise.
They don't deserve one star.
My trust for fast food has went out the window.
Check y'all food and drinks.
Just avoid this place all together!!!
