pretty good place. the staff is really friendly and the food is good as always. the service was a little slow even though it was pretty empty i. there, maybe 5 different groups. i also think that making the playplace into office space takes the life out of chick-fil-a and makes me a little sad because the playplace is the best part as a kid.

Slowest drive thru and always gets the simplest things wrong on my order. I always have to pull around. I wish I could go to another location but it’s the only one in Dover. AM service seems to do better than PM.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A today. I ordered a Cobb salad with fried chicken, and it barely had any chicken on it. When I brought it to a team member’s attention, she spoke with the manager on duty, Jordan, who told me that the portion I received was “correct.”

I come to this location often, and this has never been the case before the portions are usually much more reasonable. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told I would have to pay extra just to get a proper amount of chicken on my salad.

As a loyal customer, this was frustrating and honestly disappointing. This could have been handled much better with simple customer service. I’ve always had good experiences here, but this one really missed the mark.

Amazing. We enjoyed every moment in here. The staff were great and the customer service was wonderful. The food was so delicious. We had some breakfast sandwiches, harsh brown, ice tea and milkshake.
