I always come to this location and have never had a problem but today was one for the books. I ordered two bowls one with double regular chicken and the other honey chicken. He told the cashier that I had 2 double chicken. I told the cashier no, I only have one with double chicken and I will be redeeming my points for the one with double chicken. When I received my receipt, he charged me for 2 double chicken. The Asian looking guy the prepared my food said no both was double chicken. I said again, I have no reason to lie. Then a female employee grabs my food and says she doesn't like anyone yelling at her coworker. I wasn't yelling I did have an little attitude. She begins to opens both bowls. She didn't even but on a new pair of gloves. She saw that I was indeed telling the truth. She asked did I want the extra chicken on the side. No, I want my money back. It took about thirty minutes for then to figure out how to give me back my money. Then she wants to go back and forth with me. Because I said I told you I had no reason to lie. So I went to a different Chipotle. I will not be going back to that location again. What ever happened to the good customers service. Think God I asked for a recipe

Rude employees and serving brown guacamole. They also charged me extra for it, even though it comes with the veggie bowl.

I’ve never left a negative review before.
But I’ve also never been treated so rudely for no reason. Absolutely nothing was abnormal about my order, just a typical customer coming in to order a bowl. All employees were crazy rude. Location was very dirty. Food tasted awful. I just threw it away to hopefully avoid food poisoning. I’ve worked in food prep before. I guarantee those cold items were not prepped in a clean kitchen.

Shocked that this location is still open. It must be because they are chosen to disappoint everyone in town who orders online.

80% of chips were COATED in oil. Please see image with chip in hand (normal) next to chips in bowl (too oily to eat).

Fajita veggies were missing in both bowls and no communication was made. This comprised 1/3 of one of the meals and lead to a bowl being served with just meat and beans, nothing else.

Guac was contaminated with cheese and lettuce. No cheese was ordered in our meal so this was an issue.

Overall an incredibly disappointing experience from someone who used to love Chipotle. Our delivery arrived over 10 minutes early and the food was hot. None of the issues mentioned were the courier’s fault.
