We pulled up to the Apalachee location drive thru intercom to make our order at around 9:15 p.m. on July 13, 2026. But, one can tell the staff was talking and not seriously giving their best customer service; because, we had to repeat ourselves several times and the one taking the order was being sarcastic in her replies. We could see them huddled up talking before we got to the window. The Unprofessional Manager Quan or Qual his name is stated “Why yall yelling at that gurl”. We stated to him we was not yelling but repeating ourselves and the person on the intercom was being sarcastic in her responses. The unprofessional manager got confrontational and did not set a good example in front of the staff. The unprofessional manager needs to be removed immediately. He doesn’t understand what customer service is and needs the shift needs professional development training. There needs to be a shake up change at the Apalachee location on night shift. This is not serving the citizens well. If one pays for their food with their hard earned money, one should expect a great quality and experience regarding the food they are about to consume into their bodies. We canceled our order there. There was a loss of trust with this location night shift. I recommend not to go to this location at night with this unprofessional manager’s behavior and night shift lack of staff. You will be better served going to the Mahan location at night. The truth is the truth.

Great, clean lobby that wasn't too crowded, which made for a nice, relaxed dine-in experience. However, it was inconvenient that the communal station was entirely out of forks and napkins, forcing us to track down staff just to eat. Still a good spot for a quick bite, but attention to stocking the station is needed.I believe many locations dont have napkins and forks at these stations, but its wild to me !

I ordered 10 chicken wings to go, and when I had eaten about half of them at home, I realized I had been eating wings contaminated with melted Styrofoam.
They placed freshly fried, extremely hot wings directly into a Styrofoam container. I believe this is unsafe. Even if they do not switch to a box, they should at least line the Styrofoam container with aluminum foil before placing hot food inside.

I had been traveling and wanted something light to eat because around 8pm. I ordered the Cobb salad and the chicken tenders. The salad was the best looking that I had ordered in a long time.

Nira (?) took my order and was very pleasant and I also had a conversation with Xy. The service is ALWAYS better with a smile and friendly faces!

I highly recommend this location!
