This Burger King has come along way in the past year. Service is much better and the employees currently working seem to care about customer service. I had voucher for whopper meal but their system doesn’t work well with this voucher. They gave me my order anyway and told me the best way to get it to work in the future. Great crew at this location let’s hope it stays that way. I like the Whopper and even better when you get good service. Good job Mahan location!

I can say without a doubt that the BK on Mahan Drive goes above and beyond! The food is always hot, fresh and made to perfection. The staff is so welcoming and the manager on Duty tonight (Ms Brittany) was awesome! I will be back and I will recommend this BK. 5 ⭐️

I often visit this location when I’m this side of town, they’ve came a long with crew and management. I love the food, the crew is very nice and helpful.

My son and I walked in the store. We were the only ones but the drive thru was packed on 5/3/2026 about 4:30 PM
The young lady that took my son's order was extremely polite and helpful. We paid cash which I'm aware isn't typical nowadays. She requested help from the on shift manager to make sure we got correct change. The manger snipped at her, then assisted. As we waited, the manager told the young lady to take a small bag outside to a person waiting. The young lady asked who the order was going to. The manager response was " I dunno, some guy". The young lady responded with a question " Which car is it?" Manager replied " I dunno" and walked away.
Thankfully the young lady found the customer and returned to her station. My son filled his cup and found there were no lids. We politely asked for 1. The manager was asked about the lids for a large drink and without looking said " We ain't got none". The young lady offered to medium cups with lids to resolve the issue.
If it wasn't for the young lady with red hair, the experience would have been abysmal! That manager needs demoted or fired. She was literally no help to an obviously new person working at that location.
I'm sorry for not getting the name of the young lady, but thank you for helping my son and I. The manager should maybe find a job that is in no way customer service related. Ridiculous!
I've managed 100's of people. That was no way to treat a person or act infront of customers.
District Manager.... every location matters in your territory. Pay attention and get real time feedback from employees. Dining room was nearly out of stock of everything customers need for takeout order as a walk in. It's anyone's guess as to weather or not the manger who bags the food got the correct items.
I told my son, as a manager myself. That's no way to treat coworkers or customers. Again very ridiculous!

Went through the drive thru last night. There was about 9 cars in front of me. I thought it was gonna take forever. But the line did move and when I finally got to place my order, which was a bit of a complicated order, it was actually all there and correct. Each whopper had specific things added and taken off which were correct. The sides we also added were there and fresh. The people were also friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience going thru the drive thru. It's also nice that the Whopper comes in a box and isn't squished any more.
