We had one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. They told us to pull up and wait for our food, and we ended up sitting there for 20 minutes while they continued serving multiple cars behind us. Watching everyone else get their food and leave while we were forgotten was incredibly frustrating.

If the food was going to take that long, at least communicate what’s going on instead of leaving customers wondering if they’ve been forgotten. The whole point of pulling someone forward is to keep the line moving, not to make one customer wait indefinitely while everyone else gets served.

Terrible customer service and a complete lack of communication. I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.

Food was hot and fresh. Meal came quick. I want to give a shout out to the employee who was on her lunch break standing outside on the phone.. when I walked by and not was even looking at her, she told me to have a great day. I had a lot on my mind and I appreciated that. Anyhow just wanted to give a shout out.

Every time I order online I order a cup of seasoning and utensils and not once have they bothered to do either. It takes zero seconds to put a damn fork in the bag and they never do. Last time I ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries they forgot the bacon. Like how. This is has to be the worst Zaxby's location no hate to the employees but y'all have got to step ur kitties up cause this is a mess

Kelly is amazing!!! Every time my family comes (which is at least twice a week), she’s here! Food is always hot & fresh. Never had any issues. Never forget anything or mess ups! Huge shout out to Kelly though! If she’s not a manager - she 100% should be! Always SO happy, hard working. Love coming to this location.

I can’t say enough great things about this Zaxby’s! The staff here is absolutely amazing – so welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. They made us feel right at home as out-of-towners, and I can only imagine they treat their locals just as well. The restaurant was spotless, very clean, and organized.

Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The food came out hot, fresh, and truly exceptional. They even went above and beyond by giving us all the different sauces to try, which made the meal even more fun. Special shoutout to Mary and her team – they are truly first-class.

If you’re in Tallahassee, don’t miss out on this Zaxby’s. One of the best fast-casual dining experiences we’ve ever had!
