Ordered thru DoorDash— order was completely wrong. The bag and bowl top had my name and what was requested, but the bowl had a completely different order.

My sister has also had issues with ordering online from the location in the past. Would not recommend

Gosh do I love Chipotle, but this has to be the worst I’ve ever been in. At 6:40 pm, they didn’t have chicken or veggies, with no plan to make any for the rest of the night. And, they had so little steak that if you went that route, you got half of a portion so they could spread it out. It was also the most filthy chipotle I’ve ever been in. Not one table was clean. Had to go outside and found one of five or six outside that were clean. There was no garbage bag in the garbage. You just threw it to the floor. And while there’s almost no expectation for even neutral service at some fast food spots, service was an absolute zero! If I management, I close down for a few days, clean the place up and find some new minimum wage workers!

I totally avoid going to this place. The restaurant has a very bad smell inside, and the tables are not cleaned properly. Everywhere I looked, I could see trash and a lot of mess. The entire place feels very unorganized.

The kitchen and dining area are not maintained clean, and the food serving areas are messy and unhygienic. Overall, the cleanliness standards are very poor.

I will never go to this place again.

Order was supposed to be ready at 10:20 PM on 4/25/26, but it wasn’t. Service was extremely poor—no greeting, no communication, and I had to ask multiple times about my order.

Counters near the pickup area were visibly dirty, which is a major sanitation concern. My order was sitting unbagged on the counter until I pointed it out.

Overall, very disappointing experience. This location needs better management and improved cleanliness standards.

Never, have I been so disappointed in chipotle. I love the food, but now cannot stand giving this location money. I never leave poor reviews to places but after the second time in a row of visiting and displeasure with this location here I am. My second to last time coming here I ordered two bowls, one had nearly twice as much chicken than the second one did, I requested a little more get added to the second and the worker simply scooped two more small pieces of chicken in the bowl. I wasn’t asking for double protein, simply for the amount to be equivalent. This most recent time, we waited in line for 20 minutes and the employee didn’t say a word to me, assumed I wanted a bowl and allowed me start saying my order without even hardly making eye contact, let alone a, “Hello, what can I get for you today?” And no, I wasn’t cutting him off by starting to speak my order before he had a chance to say something. My boyfriend ordered ahead of me and again, got twice as much chicken than I did, I didn’t even bother asking this time as it was mid rush and it wasn’t even worth it. As it is I don’t even get beans. Then I ask for my queso, sour cream, shredded cheese, and cilantro lime sauce on the side. The shredded cheese was nearing the end of the container when my boyfriend asked for his (at this time the employee asked for more cheese) then it came my turn to put on the shredded cheese and the employee gave me the tiniest sprinkle that was left in the bottom of the bowl. Next thing you know the new container of cheese was brought out right as the lid was being placed on my bowl. I understand it’s the dinner rush, but was waiting the 5 extra seconds for more to come out really a deal breaker? We go to pay, they are out of chips, shocker! Okay, fine I’ll ignore the chips you have set aside specifically for mobile orders staring at me on the shelf. I understand food service workers and locations get busy, items run out, workers have bad days, and sometimes there isn’t much you can do. Heck, I work in food service so when I say I get it, I do. However, a majority of this was ultimately stemming from incompetence and a lack of customer service. To make matters worse, we take our food to go and start eating to find out that not only the rice was undercooked and the cup of chili lime sauce I watched the employee fill didn’t even make it into the bag. Maybe we should have checked but I really didn’t think the upsetting chain of events could have gotten worse at this point. My bowl was mainly rice and sour cream. Please, do better.
