workers routinely either do not know how to wrap a burrito or refuse to do so. Chicken is usually burnt and rice is usually out

Honestly, this is like the most disfunctional Chipotle I think I’ve ever been to. I’m always waiting excessively long for my food, which almost always is never up to the same standards as other Chipotles. Overcooked rice, out of something every time I’m there, rude managers, and just a dirty restaurant. Today was the cherry on top with waiting over an hour past my scheduled pick-up time for a meal I never even got. I legitimately took my service to another restaurant for the first time in my life. Chipotle corporate needs to take over this location.

Zay’s awesome - me and my friend shared a bowl and he was kind enough to fill the bowl a little extra for us. Best service I’ve ever had at a Chipotle

She was very rude, me and my friends asked for cheese and corn. She told us there was no more and it was just done for the night. We beleived that was true and was just accepting it, until another person of differnt skin color asked for the same things and she happily went to the back and grabbed a new batch. Once we seen that and asked questions she put a small amount in cups and slid them to us so hard they ended up falling over, and that is when she looked up and smiled at us.

App wouldn't let me order my redeemed chips & salsa. I was attempting to order it with my bowl. App wouldn't let me return my points, so they were already spent on the chips & salsa. Picked up the order in the drive thru, and waited 10 minutes in the store to explain the situation. Gave them a QR code to scan, and they refused and said I needed a $5 purchase. I already got the bowl though. I understand it's not the locations spot specifically but this is just one of the many times I left this location unsatisfied.
