It's been a while since we visited an Olive Garden but so glad we stopped at this location in Opelika. The eggplant Parm was delicious, as was the 6 oz sirloin. The unlimited salad and bread sticks were as tasty and flavorful as I remembered. Wait staff was super attentive despite the parking lot being almost completely full. Interior was clean, almost shiny☺️ Overall a great experience.

No complaints. The salad was delicious as always, and decided to try the chicken gnocchi soup and glad I did because it was the best soup on the menu and the best part of my dinner. The chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was also creamy and cooked perfectly. The special margarita are top notch. Friendly staff and fast service. Easily a simple 5 star dinner!

Always a great experience! We have never had a bad time here. This time was exceptional! We were sat in a booth window seat (we always request a booth). As you can see, the lighting was amazing! Lol

Everything was perfect and I'm looking forward to next time! 😋

My first visit to Olive Garden was a masterclass in poor service and a lack of basic product knowledge. While the brand advertises hospitality and "unlimited" staples, the reality on the ground was frustratingly different.

The Drink Confusion: Despite several non-alcoholic options being listed clearly on the back of the menu, our server was baffled by the request and claimed only one option existed.

The Kiosk & Billing Error: After our server failed to bring a simple Sprite, we ordered via the table kiosk. The drink still didn't arrive until we asked a second time. More importantly, despite the server "checking" the kiosk to ensure we weren't double-charged, the Sprite was billed twice. It took 10 minutes of back-and-forth just to remove a single duplicate drink from the final bill.

The Breadstick Gate: Olive Garden's marketing highlights "never-ending" breadsticks, yet our server brought only one basket for the entire party. When we asked for a refill, he questioned us with, "Do you really need another?" This made the table feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

If a restaurant advertises specific perks and a diverse menu, the staff needs to respect and understand those offerings. Between the billing errors and the "gatekeeping" of breadsticks, I won't be returning.

I came here last night around 5ish close to 5:30. Even though the restaurant was filled there was no wait on a table. Our server (Jocelyn) was extremely kind and very attentive! She constantly checked on us and asked if we needed anymore refills or anything else. I see why it was busy last night, because the staff are absolutely wonderful. The food came out hot and it was delicious. I had ordered the endless pasta with chicken fritta and chicken gnocchi soup. The breadsticks were freshly baked out the oven when we received more each time. The raspberry lemonade was so good! It paired well with my pasta. If you’re in the area I highly recommend this place. If I could give it a 10/10 I would! Jocelyn was awesome and very sweet, we truly appreciate her service last night. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again!
