Buying a vehicle can be a bit stressful and unfamiliar, like buying a house or moving or changing jobs almost. Springfield is fortunate to have this dealer in town. I shopped pretty much everywhere within 500 or more miles. I ended up contacting Jeremy Lookis at Landmark. In 35 or more years, I've not had a better experience. I've dealt with several people there now -- Sam in parts, Dave the service manager. Cleo the customer service manager. Fred the finance manager. Aaron the in the quick service lane. Several great people in the office and on their sales team helped me out through the process if Jeremy wasn't available. I'm forgetting a few other names I should remember. You'll get the best deal here, rest assured. You'll be treated very well, too. They aren't just about the sale -- excellence of character and generosity of spirit comes to mind. Our salesman, Harrison, was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to all of our concerns to find us the perfect vehicle. Damien, in finance, was easy to work with while explaining all of our options. Landmark Ford made a customer for life today!

I drove over 2 hours to do business with Will Watkins. He was very down to earth and easy to work with. He didn't put off the typical salesman personna which was very refreshing. Fred the Finance Director was also amazing. Overall the company exceeded my expectations and I left with an even better deal than I had negotiated on the phone!! The employees are always fabulous. I'm old school. I don't like digital. I prefer a handshake a straight look in the eye. I hate the "I'll have to check with my manager" and all the background crap. Tell me what the price is and let's move on! My experience of Mar. 10/11 was pretty decent, but I think I kept it on the rails. The vehicle seems fine, but it's a little early to tell. Would I do business there again? Yes, I guess, but like every car buying experience I'd dread it and hate it until it's over. A thumbs to the industry more than the people who have to work within it's parameters

Very friendly staff. They were so helpful when my daughter needed a new car and made the co-buying process so easy. All I had to do was just come in and sign papers, it was all ready for me. Such easy going crew there at Landmark! A+ in my book!
