I think the fare that I was charged was ridiculous, I came from the Rivers Casino to Harlem & Talcott and I was shocked to pay the driver $25.00. I don't pay that even to go to O'Hare...What is with that price??? I would not suggest anyone to take this cab. I feel like I got robbed...I even had to tell the driver how to get to my place??? This was with Horizon Taxi..

I used your company, and Cab #135 took me from O’Hare Airport to downtown Chicago. I was charged $110 for a ride that took only 23 minutes.

Looking back, I should have realized something was wrong when the driver seemed to be in a hurry to leave the airport as quickly as possible. When I calmly asked how the fare was calculated, he immediately became tense, defensive, and rude instead of providing a clear explanation.

He claimed the fare was $90 plus $15 in airport tax and $5 in tolls, which simply did not make sense. There are no tolls on this route, and the airport surcharge is nowhere near that amount. This trip should have cost around $65.

The driver also refused to let me pay by credit card, insisted on cash, and never provided the receipt he promised to email.

Based on my experience, this felt like an overcharging scam targeting travelers. I will be filing formal complaints with the City of Chicago, the Village of Rosemont, and the appropriate transportation authorities, and I will also be contacting local news outlets so other travelers are aware of what happened.

I just paid 48 dollars for a less than 5 mile drive. Totally swindled. Do not take this cab service unless you enjoy being robbed!

We had an amazing service this past weekend from CTA Blue parking lot to Allstate Arena and did not expect a round trip Taxi but Ahmed amazed us and delivered just that! I was thrilled to find Elite Taxi and will use them every time we are in Rosemont for a Allstate Arena event! Bravo Ahmed and THANK YOU!

Great experience! Our scheduled taxi cancelled last minute and Rosemont Elite Taxi responded quickly with a safe and comfirtable ride to the airport. They even helped me with a duplicate receipt a week later as I had misplaced mine while traveling. They will definitely be my new service when in town!
