I got an email asking for me to leave a review. It's been over 2 weeks since my no fault accident, and Allstate is refusing to communicate with me to pay out my total loss after I have declined their initial offer that was less value then every single one of the 9 comps they used in their report.

I moved to Alabama from out of state ,up north. My previous Allstate broker recommended an other Allstate broker in Huntsville. That. Broker NEVER returned my calls. I was referred to Bo Cochran by a real estate agent that said Bo Cochran was his choice for Allstate in Huntsville. The Bo Cochran agency returned my call promptly for my renters insurance policy. Brianna gave me a reasonable quote, I agreed, and she processed the policy right away for me allowing me to move in my new place. We also discussed my Auto insurance policy for Alabama and I was sent a quote within days. I then arranged a face to face meeting at the Bo Cochran office with Daniella the same day and she was wonderful, we compared my previous Allstate policy from other state to the new Alabama auto insurance policy to make sure I was getting a similar policy. She was very knowledgeable about the coverages similar to what I had and Alabama insurance rules concerning differences in coverage.
In the end it was a delightful experience, and I was very satisfied with my policy, the price, and overall meeting experience. I highly recommend Bo Cochran agency.

I’ve had Allstate for home and auto coverage for years and have been satisfied with the pricing and service for the most part. Last year I began working with Lani who reviewed everything and was able to reduce the cost of my auto coverage almost by half and suggested some changes to homeowners making sure I’m properly covered while not increasing the cost. Happy customer!

Nine years ago, I moved to Birmingham, Alabama, but I still kept my insurance agent. Unfortunately, anytime I call, no one answers the phone. Last week, I called to buy another insurance policy for my investment property, but again, no one answered. I believe it’s time to change my agent.

Even after year and years, they took the time to check in and make sure I was getting great rates. They found new discounts for me after ten years of being a customer. Awesome.
