9 months ago I wrote a great review about Virgil B. Fowler Insurance, that I would now like to retract. I would just take it down, but it won't let me, So I have to explain. Several years ago, I took out general liability insurance for my company B&M Mechanical. After my agent retired, getting service became more difficult, (ie) getting certificates sent out to builders, City Permit Office, and the like. I was never informed as to who was handling my insurance. In May 2023, I contacted their office by phone, looking to add workman's comp. After 2 weeks of waiting I received a quote in the mail. No explanation, no meeting to go over this coverage, no follow up, nothing! After the other issues, I said enough! I took my business to somewhere else. I now have the general liability insurance, workman's comp, and I am a member of the Builders Association, through this new company that took the time to see to my needs. Currently, I have to have the past 3 years of Loss Runs from the underwriters of my policy. That request has to come from Virgil Fowler Insurance to the underwriter. I have requested by letter, 2 phone calls not one response, not one returned call! Business as usual. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this company.

I have been using Virgil B. Fowler Insurance Agency For the past several years as my Business general liability provider. They have been easy to work with, pleasant to talk with, and provide coverage at a reasonable price. I would recommend that everyone is Virgil B. Fowler Insurance Agency. B&M Mechanical Cullman
