Dealing with an absolutely ludicrous situation. Ordered a large quantity of lights through Home Depot, online tracking shows the lights arrived at their Middlesex Pennsylvania location, Middlesex says they never received them. Called to Cinnaminson, was told the product would ship and arrive with a 2 day transit only to find out they apparently have no idea where my lights are. Piss poor leadership and wild disorganization.

Update: we are now a week past where I would've expected the lights to show up originally and this facility is telling me they're, "checking camera today," which is the same line I've been given on two other occasions. They had the audacity to ask if I had picture of my freight so they'd know what to look for on the camera. Beyond frustrating, beyond unacceptable.

I didnt order anything from anywhere and this company is delivering the items at my apartment for no reason i dont want those boxes on Khalid hussain name i dont know whose sending me . Kindly stop sending me those boxes just deny the delivery man send it back .

We ordered a custom door from Home Depot. The delivery was quick. Houston to NJ....informed us of the freight on the way and when they would arrive...All arrived in great condition.

I had an order delivered to my home by Estes. The previous two orders had been delivered by a FedEx tractor-trailer and I needed to be present for delivery in which they just put it curbside near my driveway.
This delivery I did not need to be present although I was very concerned about the condition this 2000 lb. pallet was in sight unseen.
Not only was the delivery flawless, including the outstanding communication with Estes' dispatch coordinator (Dana) but what I found when I arrived home was the pallet in pristine condition and sitting all the way up my driveway by my garage door.
I would never have expected this kind of service, nor have I ever received it from other carriers. I regret not being home at the time of delivery, just so I could have tipped the driver. Thank you Estes!

When I was expecting a Car Port from Blaine's Farm and Fleet from Janesville, WI I was told the driver would call me when they were ~30 minutes away. The first delivery did not go that way as the driver unloaded the (528 lbs) package to the wrong address and did not call me as my number was in the bill of lading. When I contacted the office I encountered Dana Machamer (definitely needs Customer Service training - IMO) who was very short with me regarding the issue.

I rejected the product and the company issued a return bill of lading - again with my phone number. This time the driver called me and showed up with a 45' tractor trailer to make the pickup.

Blaine's shipped me another unit (and I was assured the driver would call) and the delivery driver showed up with a box truck - fortunately I was outside and was able to direct him where to drop the package and I asked him why I never received a call. He gave me some "garbled" reason that he never calls anyone.

Sounds like Customer Service Training is more broadly needed within.
