5/5 Stars! I came here by recommendation for installing a tow hitch on my Jeep and had a great experience. Jared was amazing to work with and understood my needs. He also explained the entire process and how long it would take. I know others who have done it at other bad U-Haul locations in Windsor and were disappointed with the install or it being done by a trainee.

I can be confident that Jared has done it professionally and will be back to recommend others to come here as well!

Were very helpful in accommodating last minute changes. They let me park my Uhaul truck and trailer over the weekend while traveling across the country. Very impressed by the service. Would recommend strongly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service! From the moment I walked in, I had a fantastic experience. The two gentlemen who assisted me were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to receive such friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. I highly recommend this U-Haul location and will definitely be renting from them again. Thank you for making the experience so easy!

Huge thank you to Sean and Jared for saving the day! I picked up a truck and trailer late in the day to tow a motorcycle to Guelph, only to realize once I got home that the trailer wouldn't work. I had a non-negotiable departure the next morning. Even though the location was closed when I rushed back, Sean and Jared stayed after hours to help me swap it for a suitable motorcycle trailer. Because of their incredible service, I didn't miss a critical appointment. Highly recommend this location!

Writing on behalf of my parents.
My parents moved out of Windsor at the end of March. When they went to book a large truck Jared was absolutely phenomenal. He was patient with my parents, and very informative all while being very very kind. This company is extremely lucky to have such a great employee! Thank you for making their move so seamless
