I’ve been coming to this Pure Raw Juice location for years and usually have a wonderful experience. The staff is typically friendly, the food is great, and it’s one of my favorite locations. However, I recently had a very disappointing experience around 5:50 PM that I feel should be addressed.

There was an employee working — a man with black hair and a mustache who appeared to be in his late twenties or early thirties — who seemed to be supervising or directing the other staff members. Unfortunately, he was extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful toward both customers and staff.

When I asked about my order, he acted as though he didn’t know where it was and refused to properly look for it, even though he had already made the bowl himself. He then called another employee from the register, who immediately knew where the order was and had to search for the receipt instead.

What stood out the most was how poorly he treated that employee in front of myself and several other customers. He belittled and spoke down to him publicly, which was uncomfortable to witness. The staff member remained respectful despite the situation.

I truly enjoy Pure Raw Juice and this is honestly the first negative experience I’ve had here, but I think he could benefit from additional customer service and leadership training. The way he spoke to both customers and employees was unacceptable, and it honestly made me uncomfortable enough that I was relieved my bowl had already been prepared.

I still think this is a great location overall with a wonderful staff, and I hope this issue is addressed because I would hate for experiences like this to affect such a normally positive environment.

Super good bowls here! I got the traditional one and added vegan chocolate protein powder. Really nicely done! 😋 👍🏼 Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean atmosphere.

I can’t say enough great things about this location! The service is always top-notch and the products are fantastic. Their juices were a lifesaver during my recent 14-day cleanse. I felt the benefits before, during, and after. It’s also a huge hit with my kids; my son loves the Rx Green, and my daughter is a fan of the Rehydrate and Aqua Lemonade. I’m big on introducing healthy nutritional options to my family, and Pure Raw Juice perfectly inspires and supports our lifestyle.
