Whomever they have answering calls needs to get replaced. The care when you are in office is good, but good luck trying to communicate with them over the phone. The only time you are even able to talk to someone in that office is during your appointment otherwise nothing even during business hours.

I cannot say enough good things about River Park Medical Clinic! I was required to have a PCP through my insurance so I chose this place and it was the best decision! First, the receptionist is so sweet and automatically makes you feel welcomed. Second, I see Brittany who is a PA, and she is just wonderful. She gave me answers to things I've been trying to fix/figure out for years! Her nurses are fabulous as well! I am so thankful for Brittany and everyone at River Park!
