BEWARE of MaidPro Grapevine/Southlake
I never leave a bad review; however, I am trying to prevent anyone to go through what I did. $538.88 totally wasted, total scam . I hired them for a post remodel cleaning for dust collection.
Three female employees showed up late to clean our house (we had an appointment). I had to kick two of them out of my home due to a disrespectful attitude and disrespectful remarks, after the first hour. They sprayed some sort of strong chemicals around the baseboards without wiping anything down.
After the 2nd hour I found that the bathtub faucet had been left on by the worker. There were so many photos I sent to the manager of the dust left behind. I would not allow them to return to my home EVER! Costly lesson learned :(

We have been using Maid Pro for several years and made the big mistake a year ago of thinking we could save a few dollars by using a different cleaning service - well, we were right, they were different, not professional at all, and very low cleaning skills at all, big mistake. Lesson learned, we came running back to Maid Pro and love our cleaner Melissa, she takes great pride in her work and truly cares - what a blessing she is!!!

Mary and Cheyenne from MaidPro Grapevine are absolutely wonderful! They consistently do a thorough job and leave my home sparkling clean every time they come. I really appreciate the care they take and the attention they give to areas that need a little extra focus. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. I always look forward to coming home after they’ve been here. Highly recommend MaidPro and especially Mary and Cheyenne!

Mary and Kris cleaned for us this last week and did an amazing job, no baseboard went untouched! Our house is ready for the holidays now. I also have lots of plants and small trinkets, and they were extremely careful around all of them! Thank you both so much!
