I visited this location a little more than a month ago for the first time. First impressions are lasting. Sometimes you meet someone so impressive, genuine, and pleasant to talk to that fortunate becomes the motto associated with that place. Fortunate to be in that place at that time and a dot in the life. Thank you Lexi! For such an impression! She is what excellence looks like, and if I had any needs, the first person I would want to speak with. How fortunate are you to have such a boss working there. She’s a pretty big deal!

In January I was in the store to try to buy a bike.
The process was not good at all and did not buy.
Comment to me from the sales manager was I’m not buying you…. So we did not buy over a 1000$ difference. Totally bad experience.
Brandon reached out to me to apologize for the way it was handled and asked for another chance which I agreed. Totally a great experience. Easy and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Brandon and Lexi.

Thank you so much for your support of our Veterans Ride and 9/11 First Responders. Your staff treats people like family. Dawn and Adeline are so helpful and informative. Aaron follows through on relaying information and is very kind. Rose was very helpful.
You are a good hearted and generous business.
Powder Keg is a great place to find all the great makes and models of bikes and accessories. I enjoyed shopping your clothing line too.
Thank you Harley Davidson 🇺🇸

I recently purchased a preowned 2024 Lowrider S, the entire experience was fantastic, Alex B was a great sales person who took time to listen to my needs and didn't pressure me into anything he led me on a fantastic test ride and was just a great person to work with, Lexi was also fantastic she listened to what I felt comfortable spending and did everything in her power to get the deal that worked for me. Honestly everyone I encountered were genuinely nice people and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to purchase a new or used motorcycle from this dealer.

This place is absolutely what the harley davidson culture is about! Family and making you feel welcome at there dealership. Greeted as soon as we walk in! Not by just person but by multiple people! Great selection of bikes new and used. Great selection of trikes also. Parts had what I needed and price was great. Service was the star of the dealership today! Jeff Britt in service was very helpful and took care of getting us taken care of and right in. Aaron the Service manager runs the department very well and took great care of us from start to finish. Asked if they offered the service of a wash and dry for our bikes! This is always done when your bike is served but bot something that is asked for much other then that! Aaron was like no problem we have our detail guy still he tonight and we can get you guys taken care of. So after about an hour and a half we had to bikes that looked great and were washed very well. Kevin the detailer is very good at what he does and takes alot of pride in his work and it shows!

This is what Harley-Davidson culture is about! Custom service was 💯 top notch! Welcomed when we walked in! Feel like family!

Very well run dealership that I will definitely stop at again once in town!

Thanks Aaron, Jeff, and Kevin for the great work in service. Thanks to motor clothes for awesome customer service, sales for bike talk, and the dealership for having a great bike night and having a great dealership!
