We dropped a riding mower off to them to be checked out and fixed, after them having the mower for 3 weeks they told us they aren’t able to fix it and it needed to be picked up. After going to pick it up we were informed that the “guy working on it quit”, when we dropped it off it was put together, when we picked it up there were parts missing.

Knew better but dropped a chainsaw off two weeks ago to have a fuel line replaced….didnt have the part and supposedly takes a week to order it….. a part all other stihl dealers keep in stock….. was told Monday it should be fixed Tuesday…. Went today to pick it up regardless and was charged $93 and got it back in pieces…… and the service lady was disrespectful and smart

Im a professional contractor, that works all the over the central US. I have more than my share of equipment, and have been doing business with many repair\service companies. I called to get my JD 6105e scanned because the stop engine light was on, no big deal ive been down this road before, I talked to Jessica on many occasions trying to get someone out. After about the fourth try they finaly showed up, but low and behold no computer to scan the tractor, this was totally unexpected after all the bad press about right to repair this what I got the two guys showed up totaly unprepared or un informed. They left without doing anything. Jessica
Then called me and basically lied to me about how they could not scan the tractor without internet service. But what she didn't know was that the mechanics that were there had told me that they only have one service tech that can scan tractors or equipment. She then basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and I never asked for the equipment to be scanned when I know good and well that's exactly what I called for after doing this multiple times over the space of 10 or 15 years since computers have become standard on Equipment. She then told me with no uncertain times to never call our store again or she would never help me. The mechanics were here told me to call Leslie Equipment, which I did. They showed up within two hours scanned my equipment found that I have a Low def Pressure DTC pointed me in what we need to do to fix it and then sold me the parts. Great service my prompts to Leslie equipment. I will never ever recommend Bridgeway to work on anything. Staff was under trained and management doesn't know what's going on.
