I got a large iced coffee with marshmallow cold foam...the coffee tastes bad.and there was almost no marshmallow cold foam.... do better Cambridge take lessons from Easton Dukin...thanks Dave

Terrible!! I went in to place an order and they told me that we cant help you unless you place an order through the kiosk. I have went to several dunkin donuts locations and never was told this. I walked out and will not be coming to this location or recommend anyone stopping by.

I ordered a coffee cake muffin through the app, but when I got to the store I was told they were out and only had blueberry and chocolate chip instead. I asked for the chocolate chip, and I was even given an extra one, which I really appreciated. It was a nice gesture that made up for the missing item and honestly made my day a little better. Thank you for the great customer service.

Don’t stop here, if you want to walk in & order. Hardly any drive thru cars, & waited 10 minutes until we left. It obviously too hard for someone to take an order. Do better DD.
