I really don't know where to begin, it was a total disappointment. First, there were like eight people in the kitchen. Second, there were two people wearing black shirts, which are supposed to help them do their jobs properly. Our food took about 15 minutes. They were overwhelmed with the few customers they had; they're a disgrace. The only good thing was the fries. They took 15 minutes or more, and my burger was cold and missing its condiments. I asked them to please add them, and they just put them on. I just saw the manager making faces when I asked him to do his job properly. I didn't want them to remake it because I was hungry, and I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes because apparently that's how long it takes. I can only imagine how terrible it must be with the secret shopper. I have my Five Guys in Belair, and this one in Bowie is awful.

The staff is always so friendly and timely! The food is always so fresh and plentiful. I’ve literally never had a bad experience there (and I’m there FREQUENTLY) This 5 Guys holds it down🙏🏾

Wonderful experience at the Bowie Town Center location. I ordered online and food was fresh and hot when I picked it up. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall!

Burger was good, but they gave me hardly any fries compared to other locations and put barely any salt on them

We love Five Guys food but, after today, never again. Hadn’t been in about 8 months but went today and ordered my our usual: 2 cheeseburgers, 2 small fries, 2 medium drinks. But was shocked when my bill was over $50. Another customer told me they got rid of any combo pricing and that he was shocked by his bill too. Not sure when they increased prices but they’re going to price themselves out of business. On Sunday afternoon at 1:30pm there was only one other customer in the place. If we want to pay $50 for a couple burgers and fries, we have plenty other, nicer places to choose from.
