For a "Fast Food" restaurant this Burger King location is Extremely slow. Especially at night. Drive thru line wraps around parking lot at night. Takes 10 minutes to move up 1 dang car.

Are the employees here even working?!?! What the heck is wrong with this Burger King and its employees why can't they get orders done in a timely manner?

I shouldn't have to wait 30+ minutes in a drive thru at 11pm

Can literally drive to the Greenbelt Burger King, order, recieve order, and back here faster than it takes to get through one drive thru line here.

I’ve been to this location several times, and unfortunately the customer service has consistently been poor. A few employees have been polite and professional, but many have come across as rude.

During my visit on 07/14/2026 around 7:00 p.m., the employee taking orders became frustrated because she didn’t understand what I was saying and used a curse word while speaking to me. I found that behavior unprofessional and disrespectful.

I’ve noticed a pattern of poor customer service at this location, and I hope management addresses these issues by providing better customer service training. Customers should be treated with respect.

Be prepared to wait if you come here. Every time I visit this Burger King, the line takes over 30 minutes. Fast food shouldn’t take this long. Management needs to address the speed of service!

I ordered a Whooper meal and my whopper was tasty and hot, my fries were hot and not overly cooked but taste okay as usual nothing special about the fries just normal for Burger King and my drink was made with flavor. This Burger King wasn’t busy at this time. Staff were attentive, professional, friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. This location was clean with parking spaces available.

My experience at this Burger King was disappointing. The place was dirty, and the staff came across as rude and uninterested. The food was bland, cold, and far from enjoyable. Overall, it was an underwhelming visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this location. You’ll likely leave feeling unsatisfied."
