​This is hands down the best Popeyes in the DC area, and I say that having tried them all! The staff is absolutely amazing, and both the quality and portion sizes of the food are consistently great.
​My only piece of constructive feedback is regarding the online pickup process. During busy rushes, like the lunch hour, the pickup line tends to stall while the walk-in ordering line keeps moving. It would be incredibly helpful to implement a system that ensures online pickup orders are fulfilled promptly, so those customers aren't left waiting longer than people who just walked through the door. Overall, a fantastic location that just needs a small tweak to their pickup system!

I came by Popeyes to try the new one piece meal the other day and I was shocked by how fast the service was! I got my food within less than 10 minutes, other places take FOREVER! Thank you Popeyes!

I stopped by Popeyes the other day, and I was genuinely impressed. The service was super fast. barely had time to grab my drink before my order was ready. The chicken was hot, crispy, and tasted freshly made, not like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The staff were incredibly friendly too, thank you guys. Honestly, one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had in a while.

Came to try out the new wraps, there was a man upfront no t shirt like the rest of the staff he was in black so I assume that’s the manager, not only did he wrap them like this but he also didn’t even know what came with the combo as he gave me the cups to pour from the fountain instead of pouring the premium lemonade that was in the deal. He was also overwhelmed doing most of the stuff upfront while some of the employees were standing around doing nothing
