For the 2nd time in a row now I ordered donuts online to pick up at the drive thru, and donuts that I ordered were missing. 1st time boston creme were missing, they gave regular chocolate frosted with no creme. 2nd time the maple frosted I ordered were missing, replaced with regular donuts.

I am writing to express my disappointment with this location. I have been a loyal customer for two years since PCSing here, buying iced coffee regularly. However, the cups are consistently underfilled by about two fingers. Whenever I ask the staff to fill it completely, they show clear dissatisfaction. We choose Dunkin' over Starbucks because we love the brand, but we expect better customer service and respect.

Always slower than other dunkins in the area. Super audacious to have a tip option when they only mix drinks and heat up food and constantly mess up online orders. They are right off base so they probably stay busy but ive seen other dunkins similarity located to military bases and not suck that hard.

Tried their new zero drinks and loved them, so I stopped by for another one. They were out of soda water and not very sorry about. No apology at all. Just “we don’t got anymore soda for the drink…long pause.” Customer service was severely lacking.

My husband and daughter went into the store this morning while I waited in the car with our infant for 40 MINUTES, for absolutely nothing. I’m talking, at no point was my husband addressed, acknowledged, not a single person made eye contact with him for 40 MINUTES, NOTHING. He ordered on a kiosk and waited, and waited, and waited. The employees were seemingly only taking and preparing orders for the drive through.

After 40 minutes of waiting, a new employee came and clocked in and he heard the other employees tell her that they were no longer making food. He had already placed an order for food and again, no one said a single thing to him. He informed the woman who had just clocked in that he wanted his money back and he left. He was not the only customer to experience this. He did not get an apology for the wait, the rudeness, or anything. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
