The restaurant is large and beautiful. Our server, was very attentive, respectful, and friendly. Her service was excellent.

However, the restaurant needs to improve the cleanliness of its dishes and utensils. Both the plates and the bowl used for the salad had a very unpleasant smell, similar to the smell of eggs. When our food was served, it looked as though it had been carelessly thrown onto the plates, with no attention to presentation. I did not even feel like taking pictures of it. In addition, the pasta was undercooked and far too greasy.

For these reasons, unfortunately, I can only give this restaurant one star.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Olive Garden for a long time, and I almost always order the same meal—a 6 oz sirloin cooked medium-well with shrimp Alfredo. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing.

My receipt clearly says medium-well, but when I cut into the steak during my break at work, it was much closer to medium, with a noticeably pink center. I work overnight shifts, so I picked my food up around 4:00 PM before going in at 5:00 PM. By the time I had a chance to eat it around 8:00 PM, I couldn’t simply drive back to have it corrected because I was at work.

It’s frustrating to pay for a meal, wait until your break to eat it, and then realize it wasn’t prepared as ordered. I ended up having to reheat and cook the steak myself instead of enjoying the meal I paid for.

I normally have great experiences here, which is why this was especially disappointing. I hope the kitchen pays closer attention to requested steak temperatures in the future.

I paid $10 for a half plate of soup with no breadsticks or a refill offered. No friendly smile of the waitress. Eventually I got my breadstick after I asked for it twice.

Oh, and they seated me in a corner where only Amfrican American were seated. I felt that both they and me were discriminated even though I am white.

The restaurant offers unlimited delicious soups or salades with a main course.
Whether sea food or meat, the meals are composed of fresh ingredients with generous portions for a reasonable price.
A perk of eating at this restaurant is the possibility to purchase frozen meals for a low price for takeout offers the possibility to enjoy a delicious Olive Garden meal outside of the restaurant walls.
The restaurant is located the ground floor with easy access to the restroom for people with limited mobility.
There is plenty of free parking on the perimeter of restaurant.
