I got food delivered through Grubhub from this location. When I took a bite into my crispy chicken sandwich I noticed it tasted off but couldn’t figure out why until
I took a closer look at the lettuce. The lettuce on my sandwich was visibly rotting and slimly. With all the recent issues with the produce parasites, yall should at the very least make sure you’re using acceptable lettuce. Gross.

Horrible service and the cleanliness was worse. Employees dipping their bare hands into ice bin with cups to fill drinks for customers. They are immediately pulling cars ahead to wait for their order and still bringing out lukewarm food. Fries are always as if they just don’t ever even bother to salt them. Overall this location has went very down hill, I know for next time to just make the extra few minuets drive to the location in heneritta on my lunch break for a better outcome. Even though it’s Wendy’s this is still a horrible experience.

EIGHT DOLLARS for what is easily one of the worst chicken sandwiches I have ever had the displeasure of half-eating. The rest went in the trash. Hot WATER came pouring out of it on the first bite and burned me. Why is hot water pouring out of my chicken sandwich you ask? I wish I could tell you, who the hell knows. I've been going to them on and off once in a while for decades, that's over. This will be my last visit ever, there is simply zero reason to ever go again when Chick fil A is superior in every way and right down the street now. Bye Wendy's, it's been real.

The man at the drive thru seemed uninterested to be at work. In the middle of placing the order he got a woman to take over. That was worse. She was impatient, rude, and cut me off while speaking. I asked her to repeat the order back to me so that I know it was correct and she attempted to rush through it. She still got my order wrong. My children ate the meals anyway. In the corresponding picture, you can see the lack of ingredients and care put into one of the navigator fries this order. Food was also cold. I’ll never go to this location again.

I should have known. When I pulled in the place had a few cars during the lunch hour. Food over cooked. Had to throw it out. Wouldn’t scan my rewards. Said didn’t know what it was.
