*****CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT: WENDY’S ON LAKE AVE ROCHESTER NY******
I visited this location a few months ago. I was the only customer with roughly 5 or more employees working. Right from the get go, the cashier named “Lex” Alexis, was extremely rude. So much so that I started to record the transaction on my phone. She made a mistake ringing in my order then left to back to go chat with her co workers. When she came back once I pointed out that I couldn’t tap my payment because the screen said “please see cashier”. When I asked her for assistance she became irate and then refused to sell me a burger, came around the counter, chest bumped me(while I’m recording all this, mind you) yanked my phone out of my hand and proceeded to through it at me and broke my iPhone into pieces on the ground. Then the rest of the staff almost formed a line and forced me out the door as my boss was walking in. Meanwhile my phone is still recording all this. Consider myself shocked at what just took place, is an understatement. I filed a police report and they arrested the cashier for assault. While I can’t say this for sure, because I myself would never go to that location again. But, friends of mine that know the cashier have told me they didn’t even fire her for this incident. I was blatantly discriminated against, left with broken $1,000 dollar iPhone, and when I called corporate they all treated it like a very serious issue until I made it to the top of the ladder reaching their head of complaints in Houston TX. She told me she wouldn’t speak with anymore until I had an attorney retained. So I’ve been doing my homework the past few months and I am not the first person to have similar experiences, and I’ve also seen similar videos like mine from other Wendy’s patrons at this Lake Ave site. I’ll be uploading the entire video of this engagement once I have a more tech savvy friend to show me how. I’ve also worked out the legal representation side if things. They don’t seem to care about one person being treated this way to my loss. Though I’ve been told that a group of these types of instances might get someone in corporate to actual care about how damning my video, as well as the others would be if gone public/viral. Anyone else resting this, please email me with your similar instances(preferably with video to coincide your claims). Together I believe we can finally get the Wendy’s franchise to make this right. I’ll provide my contact info and my video of this interaction within the next few days. I look forward to hearing all of you that have fell victim to similar discrimination/ abuse. Thank you…..

The soft serve ice cream is good. Chicken and burgers are fine. This location is clean and well lit. Drive through does a lot of late hour business.

The crew this evening interacted at the level of service by going the extra mile to assure we were satisfied and happy. During order at the drive threw, Cashier and food service with smiles, eye contact, pleasing upscale verbal communication and delivery. They truly went out there way to provide simple adjustments to perfection. How can I forget those beautiful faces providing quality service as a complete unit and team.

I went there earlier tonight, with two people because they were starving and didn't eat anything and I haven't ate in 6 Hours. Tonight my total was $29.47 because I didn't even order a Beverage with my Medium Meal that is shown on the Recipt almost $30 for Fast Food this is Highway Robbery and I will never go back to this Wendy's Location ever again. Yep, I was almost robbed $30 even though the Meal tasted good! Again, will never ever step foot at this Location/Drive-Thru and i will be Corporate know since i called this Lake Avenue Location and left a message for Upper Management!
