They're so fast, and they rarely mess up your order. In the past when they have messed up my drink order, it was actually better than what I originally wanted. They can also be extremely busy, and still friendly. I love this Dunkin in particular.

I used to love this location. But recently the last 3 times I've gotten an iced tea - it tastes like chemicals is in the tea. The tea is on tap so I'm not sure if it's the cleaner they use to clean the container and they may leave a residue after. But it's absolutely foul and dangerous. Other locations I have not dealt with this issue so I just want to warn people and keep them from ordering that specific drink.

Extremely disrespectful workers. Asian guy on the headset for the drive thru told my party to “hurry up, come on” because we apparently we’re taking too long to order from the drive thru. We had a party of 7 so it was a big order. Most disrespectful customer service ever. Hire better workers.

This is usually my favorite Dunkin in Somerset. But yesterday we got lunch there and it was terrible. We ordered on the app from the Dollar Tree parking lot and immediately got in the line behind one other car for pick-up - so we were shocked when our order was ready. Thank goodness I opened my order in the car. The bottom of my croissant (ham and swiss) was still ice cold and the top was room temperature. We went back and returned it for a refund. They initially offered to heat it up for me - or told me I could heat it at home. I told them to throw it away. Food is supposed to be HOT or COLD but this was neither. That makes it garbage. I ended up telling them the truth that I was a health inspector. I didn't get another one bc something was way off with their food handling so I wasn't trusting anything. I hope it was a one time mistake but my daughter said her food wasn't really the right temperature either. It didn't sit there long as our wait was just one car. So odd - hope they care enough to figure out why this happened. Going to Easton Ave Dunkin from now on!

I like my bagel not toasted because they use old bagels. Even though I asked if the bagel was fresh I was told yes. Two occasions back to back they served me old bagels with cream cheese. Do not recommend. This place was the only place kept their bagels perfect without toasting but it is gone now. Will not come here 30 minutes to get my breakfast.
