I love Carvel and my favorite flavor is Nutella. Today, I went and bought a small cup as I starting eating it I noticed something off about the flavor, No Nutella in the ice cream and they replaced it with waffle cone pieces. The pieces are soggy I had to spit them out, they tasted awful. Threw out the ice cream I paid over $7.00 for. They are swapping out the chunks of Nutella for cheap pieces of cone. Bring back the old recipe, or I am done with Carvel.

Their ice creams and shakes are sooo good! My favorite is the piña colada ice cream. It has actual pineapple pieces in it. It is too good. I also had placed an order for pickup and they did great. Very collaborative and ahead of time!

Went with my family to get ice cream and was treated horribly by one of the bilingual workers. For starters, she’s rushing us with an attitude when she was making our ice cream. when we went to pay, she started taking the ice cream out of the bag and throwing them around with the nastiest attitude because one person from the group wanted to pay separate. She sat there and went on a rant about us letting her know who’s going to pay separate before the ice cream is made. She could’ve said it in a nice way because yes, it was our mistake, but no need to sit there huffing and puffing giving attitude. She cannot work in customer service if she’s going to treat the customers that are PAYING and bringing money to the business that way.

We absolutely love coming to this Carvel! They truly have a fantastic selection of ice cream cakes , I was so impressed by how many different kinds there were to choose from. It makes finding the perfect treat for any occasion so easy.

My kids chose the seasonal Gingerbread Man Ice Cream Cake, and they absolutely loved it! It was not only adorable but was super delicious. The price for the cake felt very fair, especially considering the quality and the size.

Beyond the delicious ice cream, the shop itself is excellent. It is well-organized and spotlessly clean, which makes a huge difference. The employees were friendly, attentive, and helpful, making our visit a pleasure. Plus, having a free parking lot right outside is a huge bonus!

Highly recommend for all your ice cream and celebration cake needs!
