Wow… This dunkin is amazing. The energy, the staff, the food!! I have never had a better Crossiant than here. the hashbrowns you ask? Phenomenal. i would like to specifically applaud one worker in particular. Salma. Her attidude is top notch and she serves me with such care. Her beautiful smiles light the room and i would come here just for her!! Please take a visit!

I felt the staff was unprofessional and the interaction was disappointing. I regularly visit Dunkin locations and expect respectful and better customer service. I would appreciate this issue being reviewed with the employees working during that shift.

Easily the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly from the start. I asked for a refresher without ice (I can’t drink cold beverages), and the employee straight up refused to make it — said she wouldn’t do it at all. I’ve never seen this at any other location.

Then the manager stepped in and suddenly said they could make it, but only if I paid extra — which is clearly a made-up policy. I still said fine, no problem.

It only got worse from there. I paid extra for additional cream on top, and they intentionally gave way less than usual — not even close to what I paid for. On top of that, the drink itself tasted terrible, nothing like it normally does. It honestly felt like they put zero effort into making it, almost on purpose.

Overall: rude, unprofessional, petty, and making up their own rules. Avoid this location at all costs.

This Business seems to think that they are the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. So if they are inhospitable and unappreciated for your business, they should think again. I walked in for a sandwich, meal, donuts, and munchkins, I asked for a sample munchkin, of a new “wedding cake” flavor, and they couldn’t even spare a 10 cent munchkin. I am so I’m so happy that I left them with nothing and I just drove five minutes to the next Dunkin’ Donuts who seemed extremely happy for my business and very appreciable. The first Dunkin couldn’t even explain what the flavor was like which they insisted on trying to describe instead of letting us try it. She said it’s like a regular munchkin with wedding cake sprinkles which is still quite ambiguous. The next Dunkin’ Donuts was happy to give us a sample and it was a blueberry munchkin with sprinkles on the outside. I was happy to buy three other munchkins, including the one that I sampled.
Dunkin’ Donuts are a dime a dozen in a radius of 5 miles. I will not spare a single one of my dimes for any DND that are not accommodating for their patrons. I hope this review resonates to management and upper management.

the worst customer service in all Dunkins over all NJ, the donuts wasn't fresh at 8 AM and they keep the fresh donuts hidden to sell the old ones!! the cashier calculated my receipt wrong and make me pay extra and the guy making the drinks I ordered a refresher with no ice and he said our policy we have to make it with ice and of course i know the reasons?!! to put less lemon juice they are soo rude as well as them Manager I'm was telling her I had very bad experience in your store today and I will share it in a review and her response was okay good luck!!!
