Avoid this location at all costs. We went in for a regular dasher on the menu and the lady at the store changed the cup size, substituted ingredients and asked us to pay cash or get a credit card up charge. When we said we had no cash the prize of the medium sunday dasher went from 8.99 to $10 much more than a regular 3% credit card fee.

She then yelled at us on our way out once we said to cancel our order. She literally yelled at us all the way to the door and tried to negotiate the price to the still ridiculous amount of $10 for a medium.

Don’t go here! I went with my daughter our normal carvel go-to is the one on 34 with the drive through we love them… but this one, we asked for chocolate fudge ice cream in a cone for which she said “that ice cream is for sundaes” and at first was refusing to give us the cone, then she reluctantly did but said (while staring at my daughter) “if she drops it she won’t get another” insanely rude woman and the ice cream didn’t even taste right!

Rip off prices and owner is a cheapskate. I payed $9 for a medium sized shake + a credit card fee. She charged me for whip cream and didn't even give me any, she makes up rules as she goes along with prices and purposely overcharging you. Greety cheapskate. I hope this place goes out of Buisness so people stop getting scammed. This place is robbing you blind.

Woman is a scam artist. The menu says “Thick Shakes” with the all flavors listed, and the bottom showing the prices for a small, medium, or large. I order an Oreo cookie shake, which is a type of shake, and she tells me she has to upcharge me for the Oreo. I told her no, that’s not how it works, Oreo cookie is a type of shake, all shakes on the menu are the exact same price. She said no, vanilla is the base and I have to charge more for Oreo. Absolute scammer. Carvel should look into this.

If I can give 0 review I would do just that. My daughter went in for a small cake that we usually get from a different carvel but we're near spotswood. She was looking for a small cake and couldnt see any so she grabs a slightly bigger one to ask at the counter if they have a smaller one, she said this nasty old lady said no very arrogantly so my daughter went to look around more and the lady asked what she wanted to write on the cake and my daughter responds I'm looking for a bday cake. So the lady wrote on the bigger cake happy birthday and tells my daughter to pay $40. My daughter said I didnt ask you to write. The nasty lady snapped you already ruined the cake and made me make it dirty that I wrote on it for you. My daughter said I didnt ask you to. So she forced her to pay $40 for a cake she didnt want. What kind of business is this!? This place should be out of business. Disgusting! taking advantage of customers.
