Gentleman said he doesn’t have chocolate ice cream.. 1/2 most popular flavors besides vanilla. I suppose because it was 8:50pm he couldn’t be bothered to grab another container of chocolate ice cream before closing time. I suppose that makes me responsible for paying FULL price to get the flavor ice cream I don’t truly want... Either way, 1/5 stars because I feel like if he wanted to he could’ve said I care about your order, I’ll go to the back and replace the chocolate ice cream.. that’s something I would do.. I have come to realize people that complain tend to get the full service they pay for.. but for me in this case, not necessarily so. God forbid an employee who is paid a wage to do a job … actually do it to its entirety.

Tried their ice cream several times but wasn’t satisfied a single time! I used to love Baskin while living in Ohio, but here in NJ not a single Baskin is enough good to me! The last time I tried their ice cream, it was full of ice stuck below & wasn’t moist at all! The Stelton road one offers bad service too, I’m very disappointed!!

Most of the flavours were empty and had only a few less preferred ice creams. Their scoops are huge so one scoop filled a medium cup and flavours were average. Caution if you are trying Rum raisin flavour for the first time as it tastes awfully weird and had to throw it off. The seating area and store was maintained clean and hygienic.

When Google map and every site says the store is open till midnight , the shop is closed at 10:30 . Not particularly this one but this has happened with us multiple times .
Baskin robins definitely need to update the store hours ..
such a waste of time to drive With kids for 20 minutes to find the store closed 1 & 1/2 hours before the actual closing time

We got an ice cream cake here for my son's 7th birthday party. We wanted a Spiderman cake, but the ones they have wouldn't have been large enough to accommodate all of our guests. So we had to custom order one. Unfortunately we could not order it in person in the store. We had to order it online. This made my wife very nervous. We wouldn't be able to make sure they understood the way we wanted it, and wouldn't be able to tell of it was correct until it would be too late to do anything about it. So when it came to the day to pick it up, it turned out wonderfully. My wife was so excited and perfect it was. It wasn't the most "Spidermany" cake ever, but it was exactly what we wanted and it really got the point across. And it was delicious. The cookie crumble layer in between the chocolate and vanilla ice cream was fantastic. I think they add five to the mix. But everything was perfect.
