Customer service doesn't exist here. Would rather drive to Hazlet and be met with an attentive staff that makes your order correctly. These kids won't even look you in your eye when you're ordering. Feels like they'd rather you just leave. Bummer.

This wasn’t the first time we ordered two carvelanches and neither were made correctly. One had half a gallon of milk dumped in it and whipped cream on top (not supposed to have it) making it fully liquid, and the other was made with hard ice cream and not blended, so it was just the ice cream in the carvelanche cup. The workers are rude and don’t even greet you when walking in. I’ve tried to keep going back to give another chance but everytime something is messed up.

I really wanted to like this Carvel location, but after several visits, it’s clear that things just aren’t improving. The staff consistently come off as rude and uninterested. It’s uncomfortable as a customer to feel like you're bothering someone just by placing an order.

As for the ice cream and shakes, unfortunately, they’re pretty much always a letdown. The shakes are more like melted milk with a hint of flavor, and the soft serve is just as soupy.

Carvel used to be a treat, but this location has completely missed the mark.

Very good ice cream flavors with great selections. They have a wide variety of ice cream cakes too - both ready to buy and custom. I wish they had frozen yogurt - I realized there are no places around with frozen yogurt.

Ordered two dashers, both were under filled for the sizes ordered. One also was missing fudge that we paid extra for. Would not have minded if the store communicated they were short on product, but we received no communication from the store at all.
