This location is GREAT!! The staff is very professional friendly & helpful!! Store is very clean and the food was ON POINT!!! Shout out th the big guy with the reddish beard, I think his name was Joe?? He was very courteous and got my order EXACTLY right!! I 1000% recommend this location to everyone!!! WAYYY BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE!!! lol

This place is terrible. I drove all the way over here to get a quesadilla and the machine is broken. Then I settled on some tacos and the guy is skimping out on meat! In 2026 I didn’t think these places were still doing this. At least accommodate for what should be available- if a customer asked for a little extra meat on the tacos, that doesn’t mean you charge them additional 50% of the meal’s total. Learn some customer service skills.

I want to give a a shout out first to Joe I believe he’s the manager (I apologize if I’m wrong) who really went above and beyond every time I encountered him especially after to hearing the horror story from another establishment that we’ve visited. Next is one of the staff members a young brother named Ly my boy made us feel welcome in the establishment and did a great job!! Last but not least lily who captivated us with her excellent customer service and positive attitude. Overall everyone named in the review did a great job and really earned two customers!!!l

I had a really concerning experience at QDOBA Mexican Eats. I ordered a quesadilla, and while I was eating, I found what appeared to be a shard of glass inside the food.

This is obviously a serious safety issue and could have caused real harm. Thankfully I noticed it before anything worse happened, but it completely ruined my experience and left me very uneasy about food safety standards.

I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this is something that absolutely needs attention. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates what happened, and ensures it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I love this food here. It is fresh and tasty. The staff is commonly friendly, and the service is also quick. Qdoba is my go to after I land at the Newark Airport. It tends to also be my go to after returning from one of the Jersey beaches.
