1/5 Stars — Terrible Service and Unbelievable Delays
I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I went up to ask for an update, the staff told me it would take another 15 minutes. After waiting even longer, they finally admitted they were completely out of wings and that I’d have to wait another 15 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous management and a total waste of time. How does a place named Wingstop run out of wings without telling customers upfront? Unacceptable.

Might be the slowest place I have ever patronized. Not only are their estimates regarding time completely wrong, but the board will show the order is ready and then they will state that it is not ready and that just because the board states it's ready doesn't mean it is. Brutal!

The level of rudeness is unlike anything I have ever experienced. For someone in a management position to speak condescendingly towards people who are not their employees speaks volumes on the character of that person. Just because someone is in a position of leadership does not make them a leader. Learn how to speak to people in a professional matter and choose to be kind always.

Ordered online and given 7-12 minute estimate. Arrived at location 10 minutes after ordering and the screen showed my order as being ready. It was not ready. I waited 8-10 min just to be told it would be 5 min longer until me food was ready. This was also not true. My At this point they had removed my order from the screen. Eventually received my food 35 minutes after my order. Staff was not apologetic nor did they make any effort to speed up order output. Food itself was fine.

Stopped in for the first time tonight. The staff there was pretty efficent moved the line pretty quickly and did a great job at attending to online and uber orders. The food was delicious. We ordered on the spot and the wait wasn't long. Good portions and sauces were good.
