The older woman at the register had a deplorable attitude, especially for working in the service industry. When ordering, she did not understand what I was saying in English, so I had to order in Spanish (the language barrier is totally fine, but she had a terrible way of communicating with me). She ended up putting too much cream and sugar in my caramel iced latte, when I asked for one cream and one sugar. Not a problem! But she then made it a problem whilst arguing about how the beverage was ordered. I have no idea what she did to the drink after taking it back to be remade, but it tasted like straight bean water. No caramel, no cream, no sugar! Not to mention that the donuts tasted old. There should be much more attentive people working. This was my first time coming to this Dunkin’ location, and honestly? I probably won’t ever come back.

La señora mayor tiene una mal attitude para atender. Es poco amable y cuando ordeno, no entendía lo que decía en inglés. Al finale, tuve que ordenar lo en español. Necesita tener personal amable. Por realmente nunca más regresó y es la primera vez que iba comprar.

No customer should be embarrassed or screamed at over a simple request. Customer service and professionalism were completely lacking. I even had to record the interaction because of how uncomfortable and aggressive the situation became.

The overnight worker does not do his job correctly. He doesn't even make the drinks correctly. My drink was not made correctly even though he told me he did put the correct amount in. It's very obvious nothing was in there but the cold foam like if you don't want to work the overnight shift then don't or if you don't want to work in customer service then don't. I gave this place a chance because this is not the first time and once again something is wrong. This is why the 24-hr Dunkin in PortChester Will always receive my service.

The service and employees are passive aggressive (and rude). I order the same coffee every day and it's like getting a random new drink daily. The food quality is always poor and it's a gamble if you're getting what you ordered.

This place is terrible! What was the point of the mobile order if it’s not going to be ready? The coffee was ready but not my sandwich. The woman that made the coffee was on her phone behind the desk.. she had someone else make the sandwich but had half the bread missing. Do better people!
