Coffee was great however I was given attitude and just overall annoyance with a girl with freckles, and glasses she couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone, and I felt like I was a bother to her just being there. Wouldn’t come back rude service

Will give you iced coffee with espresso in it when they think you aren't listening when you *actually* paid for coldbrew. Worker 1 asked worker 2 to get the coldbrew, worker 2 hiding in the back didnt want to make coldbrew. I asked to swap it with a latte, which tasted mostly like milk (what a waste of $6). "Oh yeah, it's disgusting" she says after I asked for a replacement, and clearly annoyed, throws it in the sink. Mind you it wasn't busy inside, I was the only person in line. Maybe ASK the paying customer if it is okay to replace the coldbrew with another liquid (which does not taste the same as coldbrew) before doing it when you think they don't hear you. I needed caffeine after driving all day and just wanted a simple coldbrew (which could've been made if they actually cleaned the machines). Shop at local small-business coffee shops instead.

I got two donuts, and boy were they good. The staff was busy with the drive through but got right to me, and helped me out. The place was clean, although a bit too cold.

Have come here many times. This time was awful. Took forever to get help. The ladies were there but busy and not helpful. I ordered a sesame bagel double toasted and the lady looked and said there was only one. When i opened the bag on the road it was completely burnt.
