5:30PM on a Wednesday, busy as can be and they have 1 checkout lane open, one... 3 managers starring at the ceiling swing their keys around while 20+ people wait to check themselves out. On top of the insane prices they seem to throw around randomly now. I'm all but finished with this business, every single store. The new one, on SR16, yes 1 mile down the road from this one, was open only a couple days and I went to the bathroom to see absolute filth. Publix used to be so amazing, now it's whatever this sad excuse for a grocery store is. This has been progressively worse for years and years. Ruined a wonderful business. Good job.

Waited 30 minutes for pick up and then on top of that, my “salad” barely has any lettuce isn’t honey hot just regular chicken tenders with no honey hot sauce

Publix never lets me down. Always clean and friendly. Staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. If they are out of a product, then give you a raincheck with a smile. Very accommodating and Always clean. I will shop no where else.

Their staores are always clean and well organized. Wish all of them put shade trees in but some put those stupid scrub palms for the northerners. Shade trees preferred. They always landscape nicely and always clean parking lots. Great employees as well!

Stopped by this Publix in St. Augustine while visiting the area and had a great experience. The store was very clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding everything I needed quick and simple.
They had a great selection of products and plenty of options throughout the store. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to approach if you had a question.
Prices were very reasonable and they had some great sales going on as well.
Overall it was a smooth and pleasant grocery run. Clean store, great selection, and friendly people, exactly what you hope for when shopping.
Great store with great people, we’ll definitely stop here again when we’re in St. Augustine.
