0000 stars! If you’re considering moving here, DON’T DO IT! My folks lived here for a year and could not wait to move out… where do I even begin? From roaches to non-working appliances, this place is a nightmare.. the worse came about during the holiday season last year, only one of the range/stove burners worked and the refrigerator went out.. it took them over a month to replace it with a used unit with missing shelves. My folks ended up loosing $$ in loss food and meds. The office staff couldn’t care less when you complain.. you have to threaten to call state before anything gets done. Then you have neighbors who play loud music all night long..MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

⚠️‼️This apartment is honestly one of the worst places I have ever lived. The maintenance is terrible and extremely slow. You can report a problem multiple times and still wait forever for someone to actually do something. It feels like nobody cares about the condition of the apartments or the residents.

The cleanliness is absolutely horrible. The apartment and common areas are so dirty that it feels like living in a nightmare. There are also roach problems, which makes the situation even worse. This is completely unacceptable, especially for the amount of rent residents are expected to pay.

Another huge issue is the rent price. The amount being charged is not consistent, and the rent can be different from what you were expecting. You feel like you have to constantly check and question the charges.

Overall, this place is dirty, poorly maintained, and overpriced. The lack of proper maintenance, cleanliness, and communication makes living here extremely stressful. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this apartment and looking somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews carefully before signing a lease.

I reserved a Unit in mid April with a move in date of 5/15/26. With everything scheduled and ready to move in, I walked into a dirty apartment. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed, much less cleaned! They were stained with bright paint. The dark floors were speckled with white paint - and still are a month later despite maintenance requests. The washer didn't work. It took almost 3 weeks to finally get it replaced.
They just close maintenance requests with no explanations.
Looks can be deceiving, so beware.

I asked repeatedly asked to see the unit. They couldn't show me a unit through virtual, in person or paper layout. Amenties not what was expected. Variety of maintenence issues. Cleaning was terrible. Appliances from yester year and was left with stove i couldn't cook on and toilet i had to reset for every flush. Grounds aren't kept up. Dog and goose poop everywhere. Trash everywhere and dumpsters are over flowing. Positive is Miss Joyceline who is super friendly, flooring is nice, master bedroom very spacious and great move in special

We recently moved into this apartment and have had a terrible experience from the start. On the first day, the roof started leaking, which was extremely stressful while trying to move in. The apartment also looked rushed and poorly prepared. The paint job was done badly, paint was left in the bathtub, and the place was not cleaned properly before we arrived.

We also had multiple maintenance problems right away. The sinks were broken, the toilets would not flush correctly, and the heater was not working. Living without proper heat made the apartment uncomfortable, and one of our family members even got sick during this time. Despite all these issues, management only offered us around $100 in compensation, which did not feel fair considering everything we dealt with.

Overall, this apartment was not move-in ready, and the response to these problems was disappointing. I hope management improves maintenance, cleaning, and communication for future tenants.
