I'm sure the people who work here are wonderful. The sad thing is that you have to navigate a ridiculous AI system to get to anyone. After someone (human) finally called me back, she then threw me back into the AI cue. It is truly a horrible system. Maybe wait to use the AI stuff until you can do it without angering your clients. We have had AAA for decades. Luckily never had to use them. Imagine if you were trying to file a claim, and the voice keeps repeating..."i don't quite understand. In a few words tell me why you are calling..." I can't even imagine what my blood pressure is like right now.

Such friendly & helpful staff! And typically very short wait times. Awesome that they can help with some DMV related issues as well.

They actively look for reasons to not be helpful and shove the buck to someone else. Provide misinformation on the phone which led to me going to their office and being sent away and told to go to the DMV. The front desk guy says “have a great day sir” as you’re leaving in a condescending/fake polite voice. Cancelled AAA account.

Excellent service, wonderful customer service, highly recommend. I always go there to renew my car registration, and I have always had great service through AAA, they have always came in a timely manner, always have excellent communication with the dispatcher and have always received updates when they have sent a tow truck. Highly highly highly recommend them!

Most recent experience was almost as the DMV itself. Second in line for a simple DMV Registration payment, which takes 3 minutes. The wait time was over 27 minutes due to one open window taking a long time with a customer (casual talk, etc. no rush) and the other two windows closed (with 3 employees just sitting behind and chatting with each other).
What could have been a simple 5 minutes was instead over 30 minutes.

It comes down to the respecting someone’s time and being efficient.

(Previous experience was better, so averaging at 3 stars, but this recent experience was definitely below that.)
