I had the worst experience ever with a Verizon store just down the road from this place. I was just on a fact finding mission when I came here, not looking to buy anything. I was treated very kindly and professionally. I was near stroke level and they promised to help. I returned the next day and they did just that. They opened the door for me and I was warmly greeted and offered water while I waited. My concerns were addressed while not bad mouthing the previous store. They helped complete my needs saving me a lot of money. Dale fixed everything for me and kindly stayed after his shift. I wanted to hug him in appreciation but knew that wasn't appropriate. Dale restored my faith in humanity and Verizon. Thanks doesnt seem enough.

Hands down will be coming back to this store for anything I need! Adrian was amazing helped me with my issue even though I came in very frustrated and he assured me everything would be OK and it was better then OK!! I recommend asking fir Adrian when coming in, very knowledgeable and patient!

Visited this Verizon location yesterday afternoon, after leaving the Spectrum store, where I was very disappointed with the assistance of my mobile service. Upon arrival at this Verizon location, the door was opened by and was immediately greeted by the store manager, Dale. Dale listened tentatively to my issues with my phone and took quite a bit of time navigating my phone to see if he could assist with any of the issues. Unfortunately, he was unable to as the issues are software related. However, I have been pondering to return to Verizon, so I believe this was the right place & time.

Dale was able to provide significant upgrade offers for both me and my husband. He even went out of his way to travel to another Verizon location to get the color phone I wanted!! While assisting me, Dale was training a new employee and assisting with other staff, as needed. Talk about multitasking...and without skipping a beat!!

Bottom line is that the customer service, attention to detail, and overall ease of transferring back to Verizon was OUTSTANDING!
Would highly recommend visiting this Verizon store, no matter your issues, as they will take the time to listen and do everything possible to address the issues, without sales pressure. A big THANK YOU to Dale and his staff!

Went in wanting to switch services after one of their sales representatives from Walmart told me I could do so. Explained that I needed a sim and that the Walmart rep already set me up with an account. Told me my phone was locked and proceeded to explain what an unlocked phone was in a condescending way, multiple times, after I had told them the phone i have is unlocked. I am not stupid but was made to feel so. HORRID customer service. I will be canceling our Verizon home Wi-Fi and moving providers. Wasted my break just to be spoken down to as if I were stupid. Went ahead and walked to Best Buy nearby and got myself a prepaid sim with a different provider that works on my “locked” phone.

Adrian was amazing!!! My husband and I came in a bit frustrated and confused but Adrian came in and saved the day. Took care of all our needs, answered all our questions and most importantly helped us with our bill!!! He was very respectful and very patient i definitely recommend asking for him when walking into this store😁 10/10!
