I can't say enough good things about URPhone Store. The team here really knows their stuff and helped me get sorted out quickly. They are friendly, professional, and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need.
The prices are great, the service is fast, and the quality is excellent. It is hard to find a tech store you can genuinely trust, but this place is definitely it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great deals and awesome customer service!

I had an outstanding experience with David at Ur Phone Store! From the moment I walked in, his professionalism and expertise were clear. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything handled faster than I expected.

What really stood out was how cost-effective the service was—no upselling, just honest, efficient work. It’s rare to find someone who combines speed, skill, and integrity like this.

If you’re looking for quick, reliable, and expert service, David is the guy to see. Highly recommended!

My daughter dropped her iPhone 16 and cracked her screen. We called URphone and spoke with Ray and he said to bring the phone in. He had the parts in stock and fixed the phone is 15min. Great service, fast response time…definitely be back again for all our cell phone needs. 5 stars!

I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max back glass repaired here with David and it was nothing short of professional, quick, and affordable. I was a walk and he was still able to take me immediately and get to work on my repair. He was also very informative and helped me make informed decisions when repairing my phone and not just try and get a sale out of me. If I need anything else repaired I will be returning to this location and request David. Super satisfied!

I called several mobile home repair stores and they all quoted me well over $100 to replace a battery for my IPhone 13. Two of them told me I had to leave my phone with them overnight. I spoke to Ray with URPhone and he quoted me a very reasonable price and told me to stop by. He had it fixed in 15 minutes! Great service and a great value. I'd highly recommend this store.

I had an amazing experience at Ur phone Store! I needed a screen replacement for my iPhone 17 pro max, and they were able to fix it in less than 15 minutes. The price was the best I found in Orlando, and the quality of the new screen is perfect faceID and the display colors are exactly like the Original. The staff was incredibly professional, especially Ray and David, who were transparent about the cost from the Start. Plus , their lifetime warranty gives me total peace of mind. If you need a fast and reliable repair in Orlando, this is definitely the place to go!

I came in to get my Samsung galaxy S20Fe screen fixed so I can trade it in for my new phone. Unbeknownst doing my research I didn't realize the cost of replacing a cracked screen was so expensive; however, I decided to try this place out since I was in the area. The gentlemen was pleasant and was able to fix my screen like brand new on the spot in minutes compared to other local shops who told me it would take two hours to fix. I was able to take my phone and trade it. Great service. Thanks for help. If this helps anyone with this same phone it cost me $165 to get the screen fix for this particular phone. Considering this is the average cost I prefer customer service first and this employee definitely treated me with that. I would try them out again if I ever had issues. Appreciate your help.

I just had a very disappointing experience with URPhone on Michigan St in Orlando. The back of my iPhone 15 Pro was broken and I needed to get it repaired in order to upgrade. I came to URPhone to get it replaced. The employee was friendly and prompt, and when the phone was repaired he gave me the opportunity to inspect. The new glass did not appear to be properly seated, raised about ~1 MM towards the top half of the phone. I asked the gentleman about it and he responded that was how it new back glass looked. The case did not settle quite properly on the phone, presumably a result of the faulty installation. A day after the repair, I opted to hold onto the phone for another month or two until the new iPhone was released. Despite the seemingly faulty repair, I opted to let it ride as I planned to replace the pone in the very near future. Fast forward a week - on a road trip and needed to change my phone on the wireless charging pad in the car. It's located in a pretty tight spot and I generally take the phone out of the case when charging wireless in the car to ensure a proper connection. I remove the case and see the back top corner of the glass is already cracked. I apply light pressure with my thumb, and feel the glass giving and it splinters even more. There was clearly too much 'play' between the glass and whatever is behind it. The next day, I bring the phone back in, seeking a repair. I spoke with the same gentleman and he simply pointed to the printed installation terms/policy situated prominently next to the register. He patiently explained that had I returned before the glass broke, he would have fixed it. Despite my plea that the glass broke as a result of a faulty installation, I was told that I was out of luck. I'm upset with myself for not returning once apparent that the case did not properly fit. I also understand that the terms/policy are in place for a reason - to help them avoid being taken advantage of. Nonetheless, having not dropped the phone after the installation and the cracking appearing to be a clear result of an improper installation, it's left me feeling hung out to dry. I'm have to shell out another $150 to get it repaired, again, and I certainly won't be giving my business to URPhone. Two stars on behalf of the gentleman's patience and the culpability I feel for not being more proactive. At any rate, would not recommend URPhone.

Brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max (purple) here just to fix the back glass. My phone worked perfectly before—both cameras, Face ID, flashlight, no issues. After starting the repair, they told me they didn’t have purple and had to put a gray back. They also scratched the frame around the phone.

At first, I thought everything was fine (the owner—an Indian guy—made us leave a review right away, which I now regret). But when I got home, I found out the front camera was black on every app. Face ID still worked, but nothing else. I went back, they claimed it might be software (it wasn’t), then tried 3 replacement cameras and couldn’t fix it.

They refunded me, but now my phone is worse than before:
• Front camera broken
• Face ID stopped working
• Flashlight doesn’t work
• Phone overheats dangerously while charging (burning hot)
• Battery drains extremely fast

⚠️ Don’t trust this place. They ruined my phone and pressured me into leaving a review before I even knew the damage. If you go, don’t review them until you’re 100% sure your phone actually works—because that’s how they trick people.

I recently visited URPhone store fixed my Phone Screen (great game by the way ), and I couldn't be happier with experience. I had a cracked phone screen that I thought would take days to fix, but they had it looks brand new in no time. The stuff was friendly, professional, and clearly know that they were doing. They explained everything clearly, give me a fair price, and delivered fast, high quality service.
It's rare to find a place that's combined technical scale with such great customer care. I will be definitely be coming back for any future repairs, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs phone repairs done right!
