I'm a bit conflicted writing this review. The final product is not exactly what we expected, and we are not as happy as we thought we would be with the investment we made. This is not entirely MCA's fault, but I think there are things they could do to avoid situations where customers are not satisfied with the final result.
In our case, I didn't communicate exactly what I wanted, and MCA didn't clearly communicate what the final product would look like. I received a hand sketch with the quote and, to avoid additional drawing costs, I agreed to move forward based on that.
On a positive note, the craftsmanship and quality of the work are top-notch. The work is very clean and well done. Steve was great to deal with and was very empathetic when we spoke with him about our concerns.
On the other hand, the customer service rep we dealt with was not very empathetic, and the response felt more like "there's nothing we can do." A bit more empathy from the company when a customer is not fully happy with the final product would go a long way.
My advice to future customers is simple: communicate clearly what you want and make sure they clearly understand it before moving forward.
Overall, the workmanship is very good, and their field workers are skilled and reliable, but based on our experience, I would recommend making sure expectations are very clearly aligned before moving forward.

This was the 3rd time I have gotten a project done by Mr Coverall as in the past all was done very well in a timely manner,good crew .
This time they replaced my old leaking patio roof using the same up rites that I wanted saved as I liked the look of them, in the past they did the railing around the patio and some railng work on my front steps if needed I would get them to do work for me again . Yes Pickles is new Dry chair under the new cover

The team at Mr. Coverall are Great! We have used them in the past for deck railings and awnings and love their work. It was no question when we decided to use them for our exterior window coverings. The team did an excellent installation and we are very pleased with the product. Would highly recommend.

We just purchased and had installed a 10x12 foot louvred aluminum patio cover for our townhouse. We are extremely happy with the product and service provided by the team at Mr. Coverall. From our initial contact, to the install crew, to the final payment, everything went very smoothly. We would highly recommend this company and their products if you are considering a patio cover for yourself.

We hired Mr Coverall to build us an aluminum pergola built into a new deck our landscaper was building. From the outset I invited 4-5 contractors to quote on the pergola and while most were adequate, I felt more reassured initially with Mr Coverall after initially speaking with Cecil and his team. They first came out to install anchor beams prior to deck being created and then came back weeks later once the deck was finished. Communication, attention to detailed well defined specifications and them overall general help to guide us in the right direction was welcomed. When I had the least question they were quick to respond.
If ever I noticed something wrong or deficient , there was never any hesitation to repair or replace items that we thought needed replacing along the way. I always felt they had our back in at least the same weight as their’s. I couldn’t ask for more than that from any contractor. We absolutely love how it turned out!
Would hire them again in a heartbeat!
