The staff is awesome and always willing to help and make sure you have everything you need. I want to give Kelly all praises. She have taken our orders twice on separate occasions. She is always friendly, talks to you,very helpful. Kelly, keep up the excellent work.

I was hear for the grand opening and and loved coming to this restaurant. This is now the third time this year I came to dine in and the cleanliness continues to disappoint. This establishment has focused more on the drive thru and less on family dining room. Goose creek definitely shines better and wish this comment will help them improve there store in Moncks Corner

So my experience with Markita she was excellent. I told her I didn't get any dressing. I also didn't want tomatoes or bacon on my Cobb salad. She wanted to fix it, but my fear is sending food back only to have someone spit in it. So I told her that was OK. I also asked for 2 salad dressings and there was not a one. She asked for the ticket so she can show I had requested 2 salad dressings Noah said no we are not giving her no 2 dressings. He gave me one like I was lying. I do understand by asking for extra dressing it's a possibility of an extra charge that's no problem, and that's why I ask for extra dressing willing to pay extra if needed. He was probably tired. But still the people skills need some adjustments.
I also wanted to shout out to the carrot top young man his attitude was very upbeat even though it was close to closing.

We arrived at this location at 8:13 pm to dine in fully aware that the dining area would be closing at 9. Immediately we’re greeted with “welcome in the dining area closes at 9 but you’ll have a few extra minutes.” We sit down and the lady comes to take our order about 10 later. After we received our food employees continuously came to our table every 5 minutes giving us warnings about how the dining area would be closing at 9. Aside from that, I needed to order one more chicken sandwich to go, when a worker came to us for another warning and I asked about ordering another chicken sandwich to go she gave me a God awful look. We finished eating around 8:53 and then another employee came to us at 8:55 letting us know once again that the dining area would be closing in 5 minutes. We got up and went to walk out and one of the employees said “i’ll get the door for you” in a rude tone. Overall seemed like they were trying to rush us out from the get go, will not be going back to this location.

We will never go back to this location. My husband went through the drive through. My sandwich, if you can call it that, was a mess. It looked like someone had eaten half of it. I was not eating that, I threw it in the trash. You can't call them either. They don't answer the phone. You can't even leave them a message. I was not driving 25 miles back to Moncks Corner that night to take it back. I would have if we didn't live so far. So needless to say we will never go back there.
