If you get doordash from this location prepare for cold food. Orders for drive thru go immediately. Orders for dine in go immediately. Orders for pickup go to a shelf. Orders for doordash pickup sit on the back counter while the people there to pick it up wait 5, 10 minutes or longer while the customers food gets cold.

Watch next time you go. They will move bagged food out of the way multiple times without ever taking it to the drivers, when according to their corporate office after sealing the bag it should not leave their hand until asking if the courier for it is present to complete the order. They resent the cut doordash takes, so if you order delivery they treat you like trash.

We had a group of 23 people and 4 cars heading back home from Church Camp in Georgia, when our church van broke down on the highway 15 minutes outside of town. We brought all the teens and young kids 18 in total to the Jasper Chic-fil-a to get out of the heat and let some guys work on the van. We ordered some basic food to feed the kids but forgot fries. When we went back to get the fries, the Team Lead, Isaiah offered to pay for the fries out of pocket. The crew brought out large waters for everyone along with plates and sauces. Everyone was fantastic and let the kids play and visit in the air conditioning for several hours until the van was working. High praise to the character and customer service of this team!!! Definitely would 100% recommend!!!

Great place to eat! Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasing. There’s a play place for the kiddos to use while the adults finish their lunch. Food is consistently good and hot.

This chick fil a was so kind and efficient! I was barely in line for 3 minutes. My food was hot and fries were absolutely cooked to perfection. I always recommend chicken fil a but this experience was the perfect one!
