My family and I came to eat. They brought our food and we were missing half of it.Had to wait for them to get it together. I ordered a double cheeseburger which had no onions. I asked nicely for them to fix it and the manager(I'm guessing) seen 1 little onion in the wrapper and said onions were on it. Told her to pick up the top. No onions. I didn't like how she handle it like I was lying...about onions! She took burger back and put onions on it. When I opened it there were onions everywhere. I don't appreciate the attitude. There was no reason in doing what she did. I asked nicely for it to be made how I ordered. After I seen attitude and what she gave me back. I did tell her to just keep it. I will never be back to this McDonald's. Very unprofessional!!!

I was very impressed with how the gentleman told us to have a blessed day. The customer service experience took away the fact that our food was not hot, room temperature. The fries was too. I was passing through headed back to my hometown 11 hours away. Wasn't satisfied with food so I discarded it further down the highway.

This McDonald’s in Adamore Alabama is how every McDonald’s franchise should pattern itself after. Clean restaurant and bathroom, engaging friendly employees in front and behind the counter, order taken promptly and employee was patient when taking orders, suggested donations to Ronald McDonald house, food brought out hot and fresh very quickly. I always loved McDonald's growing up! From the play place to the Ronald McDonald sitting on the bench. The TV shows where amazing as well! It brought back warm memories when I seen this car and I was thankful for it!! Not to mention how cute it is!! The food was ok but any issues I had the staff where quick to address it with a great attitude! I will definitely be back!!

The food is always good and freshly cooked. But the employees need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the establishment. Especially the playground section. We go here because our 3 year old LOVES their chicken nugget happy meal and playing inside. Especially on a cold or rainy day. She can still play on a playground. But I don't think the floors are even cleaned. Nor the slides wiped down or disinfected.
