Seems like there’s been a lot of positive change around here lately. The new management is nice and the place seems SO clean compared to months ago. Proud of the changes and definitely will be a returning customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shout out to the very polite employee, didn’t get her name, but you are going to go far. The food does take awhile, but it’s prepared the right way, so it’s worth the wait. Lemon pepper wings (side of Buffalo and Ranch),thick fries, soft bread with drink.

It’s always something with my food at this location. My food today had to have been sitting g out for a while. Wings dry, the bread was stiff and hard. Fries was barely cooked. I don’t recommend this location at all. Everyone needs to be retrained.

The chicken fingers were neither warm nor fresh when they came out. It came out really quickly which is not a good sign because it means it was just sitting there and probably had been for a while. The fries were decent. The workers seemed a bit inept and confused for no reason and I don't know if it's just that they lack training or if the processes that they have to work with are ineffective.

I am an out of towner who has had Zaxby’s in the past. I am a fan. I am not one who ever writes a yelp review. I just wanted to give a shout out to the store, when I asked for crispy fries, they went above and beyond. They seasoned them well and they are absolutely perfect. Service was fast and we are happy with everything that we got-the store is really clean and the people were really really nice.
